6. Payments & Fees
Consultation: Our initial consultation is FREE of charge
LG Subscribe Fees: All subscription payments are made directly to LG Electronics as per their billing system

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your application at any time before submission to LG Electronics without penalty.
7.2 After Application Approval

It is simple: choose your appliance, apply online, and we will deliver and install it at your home for FREE. You pay a fixed monthly fee that covers the appliance, all maintenance, and repairs. No surprises, no hidden charges.
Is there any deposit or upfront payment?

No! LG Subscribe requires ZERO deposit and ZERO down payment. You only start paying the monthly fee after installation is complete. First month is prorated based on your installation date.
What happens if the appliance breaks down?

All repairs are fully covered under your subscription. Simply contact us via WhatsApp and our technician will be dispatched within 48 hours. No repair fees, no parts charges - it is all included in your monthly fee.
Who pays for filter replacements and servicing?

We do! All routine maintenance, filter replacements, and servicing are completely FREE for the entire subscription period. For water purifiers, filters are replaced every 6 months. For air conditioners, servicing is done every 3-4 months.
Can I upgrade to a newer model later?

Absolutely! You can upgrade to the latest model anytime after 12 months. When LG launches a new model, just let us know and we will swap it for you. No need to sell your old unit or deal with second-hand buyers.
What if I move house?

No problem at all! Just give us 2 weeks notice and we will relocate your appliance to your new home for FREE. This applies within Peninsular Malaysia. Your subscription continues seamlessly at the new location.
What is the minimum subscription period?

Subscription plans range from 3 to 7 years depending on the appliance and plan selected. Most products offer 5-year and 7-year options, with some qualifying for a 3-year promotional plan. The longer the plan, the lower your monthly fee. Early termination fees may apply.
How do I apply? How long does approval take?
